SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Before placing your order, please select the country of delivery from the list at the top. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to PO boxes. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders placed from a different country site other than that of the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

Should your order be shipped to US territories, please consider that US Customs may require more information about you, such as Social Security Number and/or Tax ID, in order to clear customs for your order.

Delivery will be made by International Carrier, usually FedEx or UPS. As per usual international delivery regulations, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the products once they have left our warehouses.

Please allow 2 – 5 business days to process and ship your order, pending inventory availability. Delivery estimate is  4 – 10  business days from the shipping date, depending on country of delivery. We do not ship on weekends or Swiss public holidays. Please consider that the delivery timing starts from the moment when your order is shipped, not placed.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times on request.

RETURNS POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, a refund request to your original payment method or a store credit may be submitted within 14 days of delivery for unworn merchandise. Special order items, Custom and Personalised pieces, Sale items and items purchased with a promo code are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason.  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the cost of return delivery. All duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

The cost of return shipment to us will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.  Refund or credit will only be given for returned merchandise that is in-stock, unused, undamaged, and received within 14 days of the purchase date.

All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email us at info@veysandco.com subject: RETURN, with the order number and email address associated with the order and specify the quantity and the reason why you would like to return the selected items.

We will send you a pre-paid Return Shipping Label via email. Once you have received, printed and affixed the Return Shipping Label, you may send back your order to us.

The Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and with original tags and labels attached along with all accessories and related documents (e.g., instructions booklet, Product certificates, etc.) if any, and undamaged box.

You will be notified by email when the package arrives in our warehouse. The determination of the product condition and acceptability for return is at our sole discretion.

Please note that merchandise purchased from www.veysandco.com may NOT be returned to any physical VEYS boutique or retailer, nor can any merchandise purchased in a VEYS Boutique or from a VEYS retailer be returned to our main office in Switzerland.
