Warranty & Repair


All defective Veys jewelry is covered under a one-year manufacturing warranty.

Defective items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and include the original sales receipt to be eligible for replacement. After 30 days from the purchase date, defective jewelry will be processed as a repair.

The warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence, natural tarnishing that may occur overtime, or purchases made from an unauthorized retailer.


To send in your product for service, please email us at aftersales@veysandco.com and include the following information:

• Full name
• Email
• Contact telephone number
• Shipping address
A description of the repair required
Purchase Receipt (if still under guarantee)
Product reference number (if available) and a clear picture of the item•

Upon receiving your information, a representative from our Repair Services team will send you a packing slip and order number to track your repair or replacement. Please print this packing slip and include it with your jewelry return. 

If your jewelry was purchased within the last 12 months, please include a copy of your receipt with the return. Please pack jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit. (We do not return original packaging, so please keep jewelry pouches and boxes.)

We recommend insuring the package with FedEx or UPS and keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
